1. Service Description

PrivatePayCare.com is a platform connecting families and individuals with private-pay home care services. We facilitate matches between caregivers and clients but do not employ caregivers directly.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. All users must comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding home care services.

3. Payment Terms

• Billing occurs on the schedule specified in your Client Service Agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

4. Limitation of Liability

PrivatePayCare is a platform provider only. We are not responsible for caregiver conduct, service quality disputes, or client injuries resulting from caregiver negligence. Users assume all risks associated with hiring caregivers.

5. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold PrivatePayCare harmless from claims arising from the use of our platform or caregiver services.

6. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland.
